* District meeting or exceeding the minimum % but not in 1st place will receive $50.
+ District qualifing for Brown Jug but not in 1st place will receive $100.
DISTRICTS that are QUOTA by November15 will be awarded a Special Bonus of $500.
POSTS that are QUOTA by November 15 will receive a $100 bonus.
POSTS that are "ALL TIME HIGH" by November 15 will receive a $200 bonus. No repeat winners.
@ DISTRICTS reaching 91% will receive $200 cash award.
This Membership Report will determine District housing for the 2017 Department Convention.
^ POSTS that are Quota will receive a $50 bonus.
POSTS that are "All-Time-High" will receive a $100 bonus. No repeat winners.
ALL MEMBERS signing up a NEW member will be entered into a special drawing.
There will be 14 names drawn for $100 each - checks presented at Mid-Winter.
# POSTS reaching All-Time-High will be put into a drawing for $50 (4 winners).
Post member must be present to win.
** Commanders & 1st Vice Commanders of DISTRICTS reaching 95% will each receive $25.
++ DISTRICTS ahead of previous year's membership will receive $0.50 for each member ahead.
ALL-TIME-HIGH POSTS will be put into a drawing for $50 with 4 winners. No repeat winners.
@@ DISTRICTS that are All-Time-High will receive $1000. DISTRICTS that are Quota will receive $500. DISTRICTS ahead of previous year's membership will receive $0.50 for each member ahead. A drawing will be held of all Quots POSTS and 8 POSTS will win $50 each.
^^ Commanders of DISTRICTS who are the highest over Quota in their respective category by this lap will receive one night paid at Department Convention. DISTRICT must be Quota to qualify.
## DISTRICTS in First Place wins $750.
This Membership Report will determine Department Convention seating.

DISTRICTS reaching Quota will receive $100 - no repeat winners.
